We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Scrum Master
Location: Kraków
A successful candidate will be part of global projects from the Commercial Banking (CMB) business.
Key Accountabilities:
Taking part in the projects from the commercial banking area
Working closely with various stakeholders located in different places in the world
Working closely with the Product Owner – accepting completed tasks and prioritizing planned work.
Ensuring the sprint deliveries are undertaken in line with the business
Facilitating Scrum events
Providing guidance on Scrum process
Helping with continuous improvement (making sure retrospective action points are implemented)
Building and maintaining good working relationship with all the team members
Requirements:
Project management skills and experience in Agile environment
Few years of experience as a SM
Examples of the successful delivery of the projects on time
Stakeholder management experience
Experience in working with remote teams
Capable to work on daily basis in English
Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
Prior working experience of commercial banking will be an advantage but not a must
Coaching skills
Scrum master certificate would be a plus
