You will be a good match if you:
- Have at least 3 years Scrum Master experience in a software development team
- Have solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Have knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, etc.
- Have experience with Agile techniques such as: burndown techniques, retrospective formats, user stories
- Have good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Have good interpersonal skills, communication and teamwork skills
- Have experience in working in international environment and matrix organization

- High level understanding of software architecture and technologies to provide context to management of projects. Software development or similar technical background is preferred
