At the moment we are looking for:

- Analyse new requirements and discuss them with agile team and the business
- Design new business services with RESTful endpoints
- Write the clean code for the investment banking system with a high standards
- Demo the code to the business and incorporate feedback
- Write automated tests
- Refactor any code which requires it and support the code in production
- Technologies used: Git, Linux, mostly-automated delivery pipeline, Akka, Scalaz, Shapeless, Lift, Spray
- Fluent knowledge of Scala
- Working experience with delivering clean code and ability to automate work environment
- Practical knowledge of supporting code in production, point out errors or inconsistencies in business requirements, and suggest a better way
- Ability to pair-programme as often as possible, and share knowledge and code generously
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
- Excellent organisational skills
