SAP SD Support Specialist

Key functions:
- Work on 2nd line support solving user issues
- Support Business Processes configured in Global SAP Design/Template.
- Tests and documents SAP configuration and enhancements to ensure the system is functioning properly and meeting business needs.
- Support new and existing functionalities in the SAP SD, TM and LE areas.
- Provides customization when needed.
- Works with end users to understand change requests.
Requirements:
- Experience in SAP SD module as a 1st/2nd level support specialist
- SAP TM, PM, WM, APO, Vistex and ABAP knowledge is nice to have
- Very good problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Attention to detail and follow-up attitude
