SAP BA-HRIS SENIOR CONSULTANT (HR Business Applications)

Miejsce pracy: Rzeszów

For our client, a worldwide company with stable position on the market, we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish technology standards for development and maintenance of new and existing systems
  • Collaborate with internal customers to ensure user requirements are complete and concise, confirming that changes and enhancements meet technical specifications, user requirements and quality procedures
  • Perform a variety of tasks to review, analyze and modify business application systems including configuration, testing, issue resolution, and implementation
  • Provide support to existing applications and resolves business and technical problems
  • Coordinate and provide support to other team member
  • Oversee complex tasks and small projects executed by his staff
  • Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or other related area
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • 2 years of equivalent professional experience in work with SAP HR or similar ERP system
  • Previous experience with mid-size projects management or project team leading
  • Experience with HR systems and processes in one of following areas: staff administration, organizational management, talent management, learning and development
  • Comfortable with information technology, systems and data
  • Advanced understanding of relevant area principles and processes
  • Ability to take decisive action based on available information in a timely manner
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to interact with vendors, clients and internal teams in a professional and accurate way
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical mind
  • Good organization, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
