For our client, a worldwide company with stable position on the market, we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish technology standards for development and maintenance of new and existing systems
- Collaborate with internal customers to ensure user requirements are complete and concise, confirming that changes and enhancements meet technical specifications, user requirements and quality procedures
- Perform a variety of tasks to review, analyze and modify business application systems including configuration, testing, issue resolution, and implementation
- Provide support to existing applications and resolves business and technical problems
- Coordinate and provide support to other team member
- Oversee complex tasks and small projects executed by his staff
- Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or other related area
- Fluency in English is a must
- 2 years of equivalent professional experience in work with SAP HR or similar ERP system
- Previous experience with mid-size projects management or project team leading
- Experience with HR systems and processes in one of following areas: staff administration, organizational management, talent management, learning and development
- Comfortable with information technology, systems and data
- Advanced understanding of relevant area principles and processes
- Ability to take decisive action based on available information in a timely manner
- Strong problem solving, analytical, technical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to interact with vendors, clients and internal teams in a professional and accurate way
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and analytical mind
- Good organization, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
