For our Client, well-known international manufacturing company located in Katowice we are looking for a person interested in the role of Salesforce Support Specialist.
Your new role
As Salesforce Support Specialist you will be working in an international team on improving solutions and resolving issues as second level support across all logistics oriented business processes and across all related business functions in the group.
You will be responsible for:
- Performing 2nd level support
- Incident reporting and analysis
- Collaboration and communication with Application Specialist for technical improvement opportunities
- Investigating, resolving and escalating tickets reported to the 2nd level
- Resolving if possible and in line with internal procedures and personal authorization level
- Achieving a high 2nd level resolution rate w/ adequate documentation
- Acting as ticket owner and maintain high quality communication with the business
- Complying w/ procedures, segregation of duties and service levels
- Contributing to knowledge
- Participating in Handover projects from other regions/Teams
- Performing other activities provided by your team Lead
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have 2-3 years' of previous experience on similar position (2 ndline) and first steps in customising and configuring various systems.
You should also have knowledge of technologies such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, MS SQL, SSIS, Windows Server, Apache.
Additionally, you need to be fluent in English. Good soft skills due to a lot of collaboration with 3rd line and other IT teams which there will be a lot of in this role are expected.
