Forming in 2006, Vacancysoft is a British media company that provides various market intelligence services to the recruitment industry.
Over the past few years we have been aggressively growing our client base and seen our Warsaw office grow to over 20 staff. Within the next year we expect this to further increase.
Due to this constant growth there is currently the opportunity for a dynamic individual with strong English to join our Warsaw office.
Previous work experience is not necessary, but it is important that you have the right attitude to grow your career within our organisation. All of our clients are based internationally, so strong English communication skills are also essential for success.
After an initial training period you will commence a Sales Support role that will see you working alongside our sales team performing a number of key duties such as:
- Customer Support (including handling inbound enquiries over the phone and email)
- Contact Research
- Data Entry
- CRM Management
- Excellent English proficiency
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Proactive, Dynamic and Organised
- Motivated for success
