At the moment we are looking for:

- Developing relationships with clients and auiring new ones
- Daily work with Sii candidate database
- Recruiting and managing team of consulting engineers
- Selling IT solutions and services
- Close cooperation with Human Resources, Sales and Administrative departments
- Focusing on improving the quality of business offers and customers service
- Building professional company image to prospective employees and clients
- Dynamic and ambitious person, not afraid of challenge, good team spirit, positive attitude, passion for business development
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales and commercial activities in B2B
- Experience in building relations with top managers
- Master Degree
- Experience in IT solutions and services
- Fluent English and Polish
- Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer
- Desire to constantly improve and develop qualifications
- Technical background would be a major plus
- Previous experience in phone headhunting and customer service would be a plus
- Experience in IT & engineering recruitment would be a plus
- Determination, proactivity, ambition, teamwork, positive attitude
