For our client, a global courier delivery services company with Business Centre located in Kraków, we are currently looking for experienced analyst with excellent analytical skills and fluent English.
Working on this positionyou will be responsible for analysing sales performance results and formulating recommendations on current and future development; maintaining sales performance measurement applications and contributing to the process efficiency and developing solutions, models & processes that improve decision making and organizational effectiveness.
This role also includes designing and developing motivational incentive programs for our Sales force in the EMEA region which support the EMEA business plan and the go-to-market strategy, by providing research and analysis, and working with different planning groups from around the world.
We are looking for candidatewith professional experience in data analysing and reporting area, with advanced knowledge of MS Excel (SQL knowledge and experience will be considered as an asset). Fluency in English is a must.
This role also requires excellent written & verbal communication skills, very strong analytical skills, ability to interpret volumes of complex data draw logical conclusion and good self-organizational skills.
