Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
An innovative company in the health care industry that focuses on creating products from concept to incubator and taking them to the market. With a team of clinical engineers they have knowledge of how the practitioners' would like their health care products being developed.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Managing position in the medical devices industry focused on gynecology and obstetrics where you will report directly to the Board of Directors. For this position with an international focus you have to travel on a regular basis. You are responsible for development and implementation of the positioning and pricing strategies of products in multiple countries. You have to analyze the market, identify sales opportunities and reimbursement strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Being able to develop a sales and market implementation strategy
- Identifying sales opportunities while analyzing the market
- Product postitioning and price strategies
- Responsible for KOL and distributors
- Implementation of new products
- Identify needs
REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced medical devices expert (6-15 yrs)
- Bachelor or Master in Business or Economics or equivalent
- Track record in strategy development and analytical skills
- Margin responsibility and P&L
- Experienced in strategy development and market entries
- International experience
- Strong analytical skills
- English/Dutch fluent
- Travel, sometimes weekends
