Our client is a professional Agriculture organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
Our client is specialized in the production of fertilizers made on a biological basis. This way they want to contribute to a more sustainable growth of food supplies and agricultural work.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Our client is looking for sales manages at several locations across Europe. The company currently produces its products for several markets: ornamentals, fruits and vegetables and agriculture.
As sales manager in one of the many countries their active in, you'll be expected to increase sales and ensure the company becomes one of the top players in the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main responsibility is to increase sales in your designated area.
- Design and execute your sales plan according to the company's vision and strategy;
- Developing the market, including doing market research (winning new accounts);
- Be part of the innovation of the products you sell (communicating client needs).
REQUIREMENTS
- Education in the agricultural sector;
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales;
- Analytical thinker and strong communicator;
- Speak English and the language of the country you'll be working in
