Our client is a professional Agriculture organization, based in Netherlands.

The company of our client produces fruit and is stationed in the Netherlands. Their brand continues to innovate their products and maintains a forward-thinking attitude. The R&D and sales department maintains a high standard of collaboration and strategy alignment. These departments also works closely together with the marketing department to improve the sales and gain new markets.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

If you as a Sales Manager, understand that excellent communication with R&D and marketing within the company. Relationship management between super markets and farmers. You could be the new tea member that this company is looking for. You would work as an ambassador of the products this organization develops including many new species. Target driven and challenging project are your motivator. Furthermore, be developing new strategies and represent the company throughout the Netherlands and Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and realize targets for sales
• Further develop sale performances and potential of new products
• Invest in market opportunities by managing business strategy
• Align with the management teams and managing director for improved collaboration and vision
• Increase effectiveness by reviewing current activities

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in agricultural related fields or equivalent working experience
• Ranging from 6-10 years of work experience
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing structures and an expert in sales strategies
• Advanced agricultural/horticultural knowledge including customer/accounts development and network
• Fluent in Dutch and English is a must
• Strong leadership, communication skills and a mentoring personality
