Client Details

Our Client, a leading producer of PPE Equipment, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to develop the distribution network in Poland and CEE Region.
You will be responsible for development and implementation of strategic sales plans (push and pull) in order to drive sales volume.

Description

  • Developing distributor quotas, distributor strategies, and tactics targeting key markets and end users.
  • Develop and manage distribution channels.
  • Evaluate current product mix, marketing strategies, competitive conditions, and the changing marketplace to insure achievement of growth objectives.
  • Develop and promote programs that create sales and improve customer service while maintaining profitable gross margins.
  • Manage sales rep / agents or equivalent
  • Provide required sales activity reports to management.
  • Represents Company at trade association meetings and shows to promote product.
  • Handles customer complaints and requests, at any level from Customer Service to Purchasing to Executive Management.

Profile

  • University degree, preferably in technical field.
  • 5+ years of previous PPE Sales.
  • Proven experience in generating new business.
  • Knowing the Poland PPE market, main players and the PPE distribution network.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and services
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft family of software.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel 60-70%
