Sales Manager IT Solutions – Warsaw

One thing is for sure, though, selling big data, ERP solutions and security options is one of the most engaging sectors in IT at the moment and there is no way that a job selling these types of solutions could be called anything but REALLY EXCITING!
Our client offers IT management solutions for customers with complex IT environments, and gives them the best solutions in the market for data management and security safeguards. As a Sales Manager you would work with key companies across Poland promoting the portfolio of solutions to some existing but mainly new companies – from identification and qualification to closing the account.
What we hope you have:
• Have a passion for Sales and making solutions proposals to Clients
• Be a good closer
• Show a good understanding of customer’s business and the wider IT market
• Provide feedback to internal software leaders regarding product enhancements or services that would be beneficial to customers and generate additional revenue
• Work with an internal team to ensure customers are advised on the best solutions
• Ability to show your expertise in IT to customers
• Lead reviews of customer accounts and satisfaction surveys in the accounts you have been responsible for
• Understand procurement in your market
What we expect:
• Between 4-9 years experience selling related software products
• Experience in selling to customers of the Financial Services Industry, Public Agency’s, Telco’s, and Energy
• In depth knowledge of the computer-related market
• Ability to work and adapt in a fast paced international environment
• Fluent in Polish and English
