The company pretend to consolidate and retain our existing customers, by making them grow, and simultaneously recruit a new Sales Manager with skills to attract new clients.

Client Details

Our client is an international organization dealing with the production, distribution and export of medical equipment / surgical coverage. Due to further dynamic growth, we are looking for the Account Manager / Sales Manager who will join dynamic team and fast paced environment of international sales and will be responsible for developing sales and built the team in Poland.

Description

  • Cooperation with current customers and acquisition of new accounts or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas;
  • Assigns and directs work activities for the team, while ensuring accountability for decision making, outcomes, and cross-functional communication,
  • Meeting the annual sales plans,
  • Client segmentation and development of standards of work,
  • Conducting business analysis and monitoring of competitor's activities,
  • Preparation and negotiation of trade agreements,
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts),
  • Prepare reports on account status,
  • Collaborate with Headquarter to identify and grow opportunities within Polish territory

Profile

  • University Degree (preferably Marketing, Management, Economics)
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in hospital care business (companies of single use medical devices).
  • Proven track record in developing sales strategies, regulatory affairs, people management, budgets, strategic planning.
  • Proven track record in building long-term relations and account management
  • Fluency in Polish and English is a must-have
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with strong communication and presentation aptitudes
  • Problem-solver with positive attitude and ability to operate efficiently in a matrix structure
  • Self-starter with high business acumen and hands-on approach
  • Experience in public procurement
