Opis stanowiska pracy

As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring a positive experience for new potential leads and for current customers

- Identifying sales opportunities and negotiating future agreements

- Helping customers find a solution that is best tailored to their needs and requirements

- Providing pre and post sales technical support

- Creating and delivering product presentations

- Preparing pricing quotes, invoices and renewal offers using a CRM system

Wymagania

 

Must-haves:

- Proactive and customer-oriented personality suitable for ensuring a successful relation with customers

- Fluent English (strong written and verbal communication skills)

- Negotiations skills

- 2+ years sales experience (B2B sales preferred)

- Invoicing experience (preparing quotes or invoices)

- Ability to identify and solve customer needs before and after sales process in order to maintain great customer satisfaction

- Analytical skills needed to be able to find opportunities and develop potential leads

 

Nice to have:

- IT-related background

- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

- Basic knowledge of computer programming ( C++, Java, XML)

- Familiar with Webinar tools (Gotomeeting, WebEx)
