Your responsibilities will include:
•Apartments sale,
•Lead the project “form A to Z” including all its aspects (presentation, pre-purchase agreement preparation, architect cooperation, final agreement preparation, notary check, etc.),
•Assisting clients with whole procedures,
•Creating offers, documents, visualizations, etc.,
•Working closely with department’s Director,
•Negotiating with clients,
•Ensuring completeness of all required documentation,
•Good sales results,
•Reporting.
To be successful in this role you will need:
•Higher education,
•Education in Real Estate will be a plus,
•At least 2 years of experience in the area of residential sales
•Candidates experienced in commercial properties sale will be also considered,
•Proven track record in apartments sale,
•Strong sales & negotiating skills,
•Great knowledge of the residential market in Poland,
•Great attitude towards clients,
•Fluent English is a must,
