Miejsce pracy: 02-677For one of our Client, a global leader in the Ice Cold Merchandisers (ICM) market and the principal supplier of glass packaging Experis is looking for an enthusiastic Candidates willing to develop as:
Sales Administration officer
(Location: Piaseczno)
Main tasks:
- Ensures the prompt and systematic processing of sales orders and provide reports and statistics
- Work closely with the sales force for order process (order placement, order specification and order plus delivery follow-up) and sales forecasting
- Compiles and maintains in the system the PCD technical specifications according to the customer needs
- Prepares accurate reports regarding stocks, deliveries of the ICMs, daily cash-in, the status of the due/overdue invoices
- Registers in excel all the invoices issued to the customer, with all necessary details.
- Monitors the sales orders status (back orders, accuracy of on time deliveries, status of the artworks)
Requirements:
- University degree
- Excellent use of English
- 2-3 years of experience, in a multinational company would be a plus
- Customer focus
- Problem solving
- Resilience to pressure
