For our Client, based in Gdańsk we are currently looking for RTR Team Leader. As a RTR Team Leader You will be responsible for managing a team of 10 accountants in order to expand efficiency and ensure processes are compliant with policies and quality standards. Moreover, you will be able to identify and execute process improvements. You will manage and execute compliance of month end activities and review monthly performance metrics dashboard.
To be successful in this role you need to have minimum a Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics. Additionally we would like you to have about 5 years of experience in accounting department / accounts receivable (preferably in Shared Services environment). You need to have an understanding of international accounting standards, VAT reporting and an experience in transformation or process improvement projects. You should have experience in working with the ERP systems, preferably SAP.
