Robotics Production Support Manager

Our Client’s newly created Robotics Process Automation Center of Excellence is hiring an RPA Project Manager to join the fast-growing team of experts working on advanced robotics
and cognitive process automation to help stand up an industrial robotics platform and deliver automation solutions to our internal business partners to provide more efficiency and better service to our clients. This organisation will provide future transformational technologies globally within the company.
Key Accountabilities:
Perform production support analysis activities which involve the assignment of issues analysis and proposed resolution to meet the specified SLAs.
Coordinate with both the RPA Development and Business teams to successfully deploy software releases in both User Acceptance Testing and Production environments.
Research, recommend, configure, and administer configuration changes required for an RPA implementation
Provide required expertise to complex issues by doing a through root cause analysis and impact of the defect.
Advanced ability to research, analyze and recommend improvements to the RPA processes
Provides support with resolution an escalation of tickets and act as liaison to bridge the business and technical leads to ensure issues are resolved in timely manner to meet the specified SLAs.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation that acts as a knowledge base and repository for PROD support teams.
Handle multiple stakeholders – vendors and internal technical, functional teams – with effective working relationship always working to increase collaboration.
Requirements:
6-8+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support and or Development environments.
Experience in Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Release Management.
Experience in Infrastructure Support, Configuration Management.
Knowledge of the following tools and technologies:
RPA Tool: Blue Prism v5.x or higher
Database: Oracle, SQL Server
Programming: Java or Dot Net
Version control: Clear Case, GitHub
Knowledge of RDLC (Robotic Development Life Cycle)
Excellent skills in areas of teamwork, facilitation management, negotiations and iterative collaborations.
Nice to haves:
Business Case process knowledge.
Strong understanding of enterprise IT architecture and infrastructure.
Awareness and experience with Agile/SCRUM DEVOps / SecDevOps SDLC methodologies.
Understanding of various underlying technologies used in RPA such as Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Cognitive Computing, Machine Learning, Pattern Matching, Analytics etc.
Understanding of the aspects Object Oriented analysis and design (OOAD), layered application development, domain driven design, and architecture design patterns from a high level.
Experience in implementing Robotic technology solutions in an IT governed environment.
