robotics business analyst

The robotics solution provides a platform for resources from the business operations or IT teams to deliver self-service processes automations on an IT supported, secure and resilient infrastructure. Business Analysts are responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing the robotics projects and conducting processes mapping according to defined quality and process standards.
Responsibilities
- proactively seeking and proposing opportunities to areas where utilization of Robotics are limited or where high optimization potential is available
- collecting local business requirements
- increase the awareness of Robotics and support initiatives to identify and prioritize Robotics opportunities
- taking on a project manager role for robotics automation process
- leading the local Robotics teams involved in process automation
- involving key business and IT stakeholders to clarify the process, participate in process definition and for testing (User Acceptance)
- assessing the process landscape, sorting process by feasibility and potential for automation
- developing and practicing the automation delivery methodology
- mapping processes according to set standards and create streamlined dialogue between process handler and developer
- creating financial business case and investment appraisal
- ensuring quality of automated processes and actively manage risk
Requirements:
- strong knowledge of business context and processes
- preferred experience from Financial Services Industry
- experience from business process management, Lean projects and methodologies are required
- programming skills are beneficial
- nice to understand of how to design, develop, test and deploy Robotics solutions
- academic degree in IT or business management
- excellent knowledge of English
- high proficiency in other European languages would be an advantage
