Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Leader

Felt in love with business process automation, we went one step further and entered into the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) world. Currently, we are looking for a technical leader in this area, who would be brave and experienced enough to take the challenge and create together the biggest RPA solutions provider in Poland. The challenges waiting for you:
- Pres-sales meetings with prospects, evangelization of the RPA idea and its benefits
- Identifying new process opportunities, building a business case and assessing the feasibility
- Developing end-to-end technical automation for the identified business/process areas
- Building and supporting robots using the most popular RPA technologies (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or NICE)
- Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes if required
- Maintaining and supporting existing RPA solutions
- Training and mentoring junior members of the team
- Close cooperation with Business Development Manager to identify further opportunities
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the RPA technologies (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- +5 years of professional experience with 3-4 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation development and implementation
- Proven experience with any programming language (preferable in .NET (C#, VB, ) / VBA / SQL)
- Strong understanding of business process improvement fundamentals
- Understanding of workflows diagrams and business process documentation
- Experience in creating business analysis documentation
- Professional approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility to the customer
- Very good English skills
