For our Client, automotive company located in Southern Poland region, we are seeking to recruit an experienced manager to join European Development Center as R&D Manager.
R&D Manager will be highly oriented towards Customer and project deliverables (timing), controlling Technical activities and management of the engineering team (up to 30 engineers) located in 3 European countries. The position covers Engineering support and guidance for technical leaders and R&D engineers. Person on this position will be key technical contact for customer engineering team: analyses customer requirements and builds technical proposals. What is more, R&D manager will be responsible for development of individual and team expertise and deployment of the design process and standards.
We are looking for Candidates with technical education (mechanics or electronic) and at least 10 years of professional experience in automotive industry (including team management). A successful candidate should have an excellent communication skills, teamwork experience and speak fluent English (C1,C2) and German (B2). Position require monthly business travels to France and Germany to Customer offices for French and German OEM. Our Client is seeking a people-oriented person who is passionate about his/her job and shows initiative. The perfect candidate should also possess excellent communication and organizing skills.
