For our Client, a leading international bank, which is expanding his division (Centre of Excellence) in Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidates for the role of a Risk Management Team Leader
As Team Leader you will have a chance to manage complex risk type processes related to third party management.You will be verifying risk-related analyses done by less experienced analysts, monitoring the contracts in perspective of damage prevention, closely cooperating and maintaining relationships with different teams form locations all over the world, ensuring all processes are in line with compliance and company’s policies and leading a medium-sized team. Responsibilities connected with project management will take around 30% of all duties.
We are looking for Candidates with at least Bachelor's degree, who have already gained 5-7 years of experience within a financial service, audit or operations environment, 2 years of experience in leading a small/medium teams and are proficient users of MS Office Suite. Excellent communication skills and fluent English are mandatory, German language is an asset. Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic.
