Ensuring the full availability of services for the Risk & Legal Department;
Meeting all compliance regulations and achieving a positive completion of inspections carried out by the Risk and Internal Audit teams;
User access management - creation, deactivation and modification of profiles;
Performing daily monitoring of system components;
System monitoring and management of their performance and configuration;
Diagnosing and solving problems in accordance with the contract for a guaranteed level of service provision, including technical analysis of application logs;
Participating in the incident management process to ensure continuous improvement of processes and services;
Implementing system changes to production and test environments;
Ensuring that documents are updated in accordance with the implementation of system changes for production;
Participation in projects carried out by company as business needs;
Performing other duties on the instructions of the superior

Very good English – written and spoken;
Technical support of applications including database manipulation and log analysis for issue diagnosis;
Good interpersonal skills – clear communicator and focussed;
Able to learn new support of new systems & technologies.
