THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
The company is a new and fast growing biotech organization.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for the processing of patient samples and the execution of molecular and immunological tests to determine the induction of immune responses. In addition, you will be involved in the implementation, optimization and validation of new and innovative assays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- data analysis of patient sample receipts
- bio-banking of immune cells derived from patient material obtained in clinical research
- preservation of sample inventory database
- control human adaptive immune outcomes by using flow cytometry, ELISPOT, ELISA, CTL assay, gene profiling
- development of new techniques/assays
- troubleshooting experimental methods, interpretation of outcome data and reporting test results
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc/MSc in Biomedical Sciences or laboratory techniques
- 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience (academic or industrial)
- knowledge of GLP and lab quality assurance practices is a plus
