Your new role
Supervise Fund Administrators and schedule their work to provide accurate and timely periodical and ad hoc reports to the clients
• Close co-operation with Fund Accounting teams and any other relevant departments• Investigating and resolving cash and asset breaks
• Preparing periodical (monthly, weekly, quarterly and any other ad hoc) various reports with the highest accuracy and within agreed aggressive deadlines
• Balance work load within the team structure, anticipate and plan ahead to adhere to deadlines, ensure cross training• Ensure that standard controls are sufficient, understood by staff and rigorously adhered to.
• Ensure that proper escalation mechanism is in place and any suspicious items are reported in a timely manner
. Set aggressive but realistic timetables for addressing client requests and where they are not met, ascertaining the client is contacted well in advance and a new timetable agreed.
• He/She must understand client needs, respond efficiently and effectively to any queries or requests, establish a professional relationship with clients and build confidence as a reliable contact.

What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
- • A minimum of three years work experience (prior finance type roles are preferable)
- • Interest in Financial markets/instruments/Fund’s industry
- • High degree of accuracy
- • Excellent Investigation skills
- • Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint etc)
- • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English,
- • Ability to adhere to rigid deadlines;
- • Ability to assist in, and implement, the planning of work.
- • High level of accuracy and professionalism.
