The Reporting Specialist is responsible for the following activities to ensure adequate information is being developed to allow the managers In Customer Finance to lead their departments effectively.

Reporting Specialist
The Reporting Specialist is responsible for the following activities to ensure adequate information is being developed to allow the managers In Customer Finance to lead their departments effectively.
- Mine data and develop management reports aligned to the requirements provided by management in Customer Finance
- Support testing all changes to Customer Finance systems and processes
- Support the systems provisioning process for new employees
- Escalate to IT all system issues and follow through until the issues has been addressed
- Support new policy and procedure development and communication
- Maintain the department’s capacity plan model
- Create reporting to track processing efficiency (Cost Per Unit and Units Per Hour)
- Maintain work standards tracking (Units Per Hour - UPH). Validate semi- annually.
Key Accountabilities:
- Report development and information reporting
- Maintain the Capacity Plan/CPU/UPH models
- Support the area’s systems provisioning process as well as communicating with IT and tracking the repair of system issues impacting production.
- Policy and Procedure development
- Test and review system changes and sign-off on the changes to be implemented
- Ability to mine and analyze data and then create management reports
- Ability to communicate fluently in both English and German is required. Being fluent in Italian and/or French is preferred as well
- Knowledge and understanding of production monitoring concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and data mining tools
- ·Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university required. Master’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of operational experience
- 3 years of data mining or statistical analysis development
