Reporting Analyst
Location: WrocławWe are looking for Reporting Analyst who will join Wroclaw Natek team and take the responsibility of supporting on all tracking and reporting activities of headcount within Risk & Finance IT organization.
Local team has 5 team members and cooperates closely with line managers from Zurich.

Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and development of the Master Database (MS Access).
• Data analysis and preparation/automatization of reports.
• Headcount Reporting- support the team in developing a self-service tool which will allow management to extract headcount data.
• Workforce Reporting- prepare reports (on weekly or monthly basis) and provide a summary tab on each monthly report on the major movements.
• Maintain the Headcount Forecast file with headcount actuals, targets and forecast input from the product lines.
• Reconcile HR reports to database to identify errors and provide feedback.
Skills required:
• Advanced MS Office Skills: Excel, Access, VBA (Certificate’s confirmation will be an asset).
• Excellent English skills.
• Very good attention to details.
• Ability to prioritize and recognize escalation points.
• Business analysis skills.
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of Sharepoint.
