Rent Accountant
Currently we are looking for a Rent Accountant/ Lease Agreement Specialist. This person will be fully responsible for administration and introducing changes in the SAP system, analysis of settlements and cooperation with the accounting department.

Our Client is the leader of the commercial real estate market. Its portfolio includes 180 shopping centers in Europe, including Poland. The company deals with the design, construction, rental and management of large commercial facilities, shopping and service centers.
Description
- Lease agreement management - analyzing and entering data in the SAP system
- Ongoing analysis and settlements with tenants (clarifying balances, re-booking)
- Maintaining documents flow and posting them in the SAP system
- Issue of sales invoices
- Settlement of operating costs of tenants
- Cooperation with the Accounting Payables and Payments Team
Profile
- Master's degree in the field of Economics/ Finance/ Banking
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accountancy or controlling
- Experience in working on the SAP system
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong 'can-do' mentality and 'drive' to accomplish tasks
- Being a proactive person, willing to further improve the processes within the team
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to prioritize and work with people
