ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Reliability Engineer, you will design a maintenance plan to improve reliability, productivity and availability of machines and equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- You will perform RCA regarding machine functioning and are responsible for documentation regarding machine performance.
- In accordance with your analysis, you will take initiative to implement changes to improve reliability and productivity of machines.
- You are responsible for the spare parts inventory and will advise the Maintenance Manager concerning the spare parts strategy.
- You will participate and support the Maintenance Team regarding work efficacy, time management, scheduling, coordination and work preparation.
- You will provide support to the Maintenance Team by giving coaching and training.

REQUIREMENTS

- BSc Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in a strategical maintenance position
- Experience working with CMMS (Maximo)
- Dutch/English communication (speaking/writing)
