For our Client, global insurance and reinsurance company, we are seeking for the reinsurance specialist.
Job specification:
- Entering risk data and business conditions of reinsurance transactions into company’s system
- Maintaining risk data and status information throughout the life of a transaction, in accordance with best practise procedures and guidelines
- Managing, extracting, reviewing and cleansing data across multiple sources/data repositories
- Conducting data reviews/refinements, based on specified ’housekeeping’/data quality control reports
- Electronically filing/uploading relevant transaction documentation to company’s system, ensuring accurate and consistent labelling, as well as proper audit-trail of the risk data entered into the system
- Supporting the company operation center/underwriting functions in general risk administration tasks (e.g. ad hoc data analysis, reports production)
- Investigating inconsistencies, account discrepancies and related issues, and raising/resolving these in cooperation with the team leader and company operation center
Requirements:
- University degree
- Very good English skills as well as good French skills
- Work experience in insurance company or in administrative position
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Analytical approach, diligent and accurate working style, flair for numbers, attention to detail
- Team player skills with good communication and interpersonal skills
