THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zeeland Netherlands.
The company is a large player in the food industry, producing a variety of products and active throughout Europe. The company is aiming to double its revenue in the next few years and expand to new markets.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Regulatory Affairs Manager, you are the company's subject matter expert on food legislation and nutrition. You will ensure compliance with legislation in existing markets and contribute to the company's growth targets by leading RA processes for new markets. You will analyze trends in food law and nutrition to proactively make recommendations to the board and train staff members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure compliance of products with legislation in existing and new markets.
- Train staff on RA topics and advise senior management on actions related to RA.
- Manage relations with domestic and foreign government agencies and anticipate trends in legislation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master's Degree in Nutrition, Food Technology or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience with Regulatory Affairs in an internationally operating food company.
- Experience with project management is an asset.
- Fluency in Dutch and English required, fluency in German and/or French is an asset.
