Our Client provides high quality air and gas handling products and services to the power, oil & gas, mining and petrochemical industries - just to name a few. Our client also provides a comprehensive range of aftermarket services and spares, and at the moment they are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Aftermarket business in Poland.
Your new role
As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for sales development in Poland and you will build and develop relationships with existing customers as well as attract new customers in primarily the power and heavy industry segments. Your role would be to explore customer needs and propose technical solutions. Your tasks include market analysis, present solutions and quotations for clients, managing negotiation process, and cooperation with our product companies support departments (Back office, Sales, Engineering, Marketing and Finance). The job requires business travels (50 – 70% of business time).
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in that role you should demonstrate at least five years of professional experience in sales in a technical area or in the industrial sector. The perfect Candidate should have technical background (ventilation, machines, etc.) and be fluent in Polish and English. Product knowledge in fans and/or heaters would be an asset. You should be open to listen to customers, look for creative solutions and set breakthrough objectives. The perfect candidate has strong business development skills, is well organized and able to work independently, is a strong negotiator and goal oriented.
