Our Client is the world's largest private education assessment and research organization who provides assessment tools internationally recognized in the world of education and Business. The international subsidiary is recruiting a Regional Country Manager based in Poland in charge of CEE, CIS, Greece and Turkey.
Chosen candidate will represent the company in the region and ensure the development of business and its profitability as well as the management of all our sales and test administration in the region.
Description
- Achieve the P&L objectives in accordance with the defined annual budget for the designated territory;
- Increase market share and exploit new markets segments to reach the sales targets;
- Initiate, build and manage relationships with ministries, institutional partners and corporations;
- Ensure the implementation of appropriate business models in order to maintain the leading position in the sector;
- Conduct presentations to clients and represent the company at industry conferences;
- Manage the office in Poland;
- Ensure the integrity and security of our tests and test administration.
Profile
- MA degree (MBA a plus)
- 5-10 years sales and business development experience in the region, including from an international organization
- Strong record of performance in reaching key stakeholders
- Knowledge of the Education and Assessment market space in the region
- Strong existing network of contacts within the education, training and corporate sector
- Knowledge of the corporate market space in the region
- Proven managerial abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organizational skills
- Able to travel (30% of the time)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish as well as presentation skills - TOEIC Score >945 (level C1 of the CECRL)
