Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate in this role will focus on execution of the SouthEast region (Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece, Albania and countries of former Yugoslavia) marketing strategies on asset, segment, product/application, route to market and communication levels in close cooperation with Sales, Demand Creation, Technical support and other locally and regionally based capabilities and functions.In parallel, the ideal candidate will deepen understanding of the assigned markets and regulatory environment, i.e. identify and quantify opportunities, look for areas of growth and communicate the findings to appropriate internal experts.

Area of focus :
- Segmentation, value chain quantification/insights generation, competition monitoring.
- Ownership of market data collection and validation. Market modelling.
- Primary point of contact for the sales team in your region. Improvement of the sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ownership of the “go to market” strategies, which are Region specific
- The key projects deliverables on quarterly basis in line with European Segment Strategies and Region priorities
- Support Guardian presence and proper representation on the leading industry associations and conferences. Local building code legislation development
- Support and further development of the digital assets
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is a must. Any of the following spoken languages will be an additional asset : Romanian, Bulgarian, Hungarian or any of former Yugoslavia
- Marketing background and/or degree is required. A prior experience in Regional Marketing is preferred.
The role can be based in the following countries :
- Romania (preferred)
- Bulgaria
- Hungary (preferably close to Budapest or Oroshaza)
- Poland (preferably close to Katowice)
