Regional FP&A Controller

The newly created position is perfect for person interested in Cooperation with team of regional Analysts and business partners located in many countries of the region. Ideal candidate has 4-5 years in Finance / Controlling dept. in large organisation. The candidate will have opportunity to support Business Units with all Financial Planning, Budgeting, and analysis of their performance and also will have opportunity to manage team when needed

Our Client is large FMCG company boosting its business in Europe. We are building strong structures that will support not only polish business, but also regional business partners with all Financial Planning, Budgeting, and analysis of their performance.
Description
- Responsible for coordinating monthly P&L submissions providing analysis of monthly movements and variances to forecast
- Support the budget and all FP&A activities in the region
- Oversee department budgets and provide business support
- Provide assistance in year-end statutory audit
- Compliance with SOX, policies & procedures, maintenance of strong internal controls environment
- Ad hoc projects as required by Head of Finance
- Capability to work with the team and manage people
- proactive approach and willingness to learn
Profile
- Master Degree: Finance / Accounting, Databases, Quantitative Methods,
- Minimum 3 years of experience on similar position in Controlling Department,
- Strong IT skills (Fluent Excel, VBA, Access)
- SAP / Hyperion experience will be a plus,
- Analytical approach and willingness to work with large amounts of data,
- Very good English,
- Availability within 1 month will be a plus,
