For our Client, a global corporation, in the newly created position in the international team located in Warsaw, we are looking for a Regional Senior Analyst. The person in this position will be responsible for Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis and Management Reporting activities for designated markets.

Responsibilities:
- preparation of the budget and forecast supporting the local market CFO’s;
- provide analysis to the business to support strategic planning activities including analysis on revenue, profitability, growth, etc;
- responsible for the preparation and analysis of the periodic management reporting of financial results for assigned areas;
- routine communication with the local CFO’s relating to financial close, issues and deliverables;
- responsible for performing ad hoc analysis, special projects and reporting to improve process efficiency and performance;
- ensure continuity of business knowledge and execution of the responsibilities related to planning and budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Profile description:
- degree in Finance or Financial Accounting or Business Administration;
- CIMA / ACCA qualification is a plus;
- 5 to 6 years of practical experience in financial planning and analysis in multinational company with high rate of changes and innovations inside organization;
- ability to prepare, conduct and lead, finance business partnering;
- understanding of financial planning processes, procedure, accounting process and internal controls; Decision support experience in different aspects of financial management including financial planning and analysis, forecasting and management reporting and analytics;
- working knowledge of SAP is a plus;
- demonstrated proficiency in US GAAP is a plus;
- very good Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly practical Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
