You will work within an experienced team of recruiters. Your role will be to assist the senior recruiter in projects concerning specific positions, high level IT profiles. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and presenting data in a variety of formats. You will be required to build a network of IT specialists, proactively communicate opportunities for specific IT profiles.
With gained experience and the potential you can move up the career ladder, being promoted to the higher and higher senior possitions.
Responsibilities:
Building a network of professional contacts via social media
Gathering, processing and presenting data in various formats
CV analysis and selection for particular recruitment processes
Arranging interviews with candidates for sourcing consultants
Conducting prescreening interviews
Supporting creation of job descriptions advertisements in collaboration with sourcing team
Searching for specific profiles in internal and external databases
Requirements:
