For one of the Shared Services Centres of a multinational prestigious organisation based in Poznań we are looking for a Recruitment Team Leader.
Your new role
You will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of Talent Sourcers and cooperating with Recruiters across EMEA region. Apart from this you will deliver exceptional service to the company's clients and be on top of the talent research methodologies by introducing novel research techniques.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have a University degree, around 3 years of experience in recruitment and leadership experience. Apart from that you will be able to speak English fluently (C1 level) and have analytical mind.
