We are looking for an experienced team leader whose know-how in recruitment area will help to develop a team to our Client in Krakow.
Your main responsibilities will include leading and developing the team of sourcing specialists and advisethe team on sourcing methods and strategies. To manage recruitment cycles based on clients’ needs (sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc.)Ensure clients’ KPI/SLA are achieved and maintained by the team. To ensure service excellence and continuous improvement in place.
We are looking for an experienced candidates ideally froman international company or a recruitment agency.
Previous leadership experience and strong interpersonal and communication skills are an asset. Fluency in English is a must.
