On behalf of our Client, a global Shared Service Center, we are seeking Candidates for the position of Recruitment Support Coordinator to join the team in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for participation, organization and successful execution of recruitment process, supporting the Team Leader and junior employees, identifying and applying improvements, becoming a Taleo Supper User, cooperating with On-boarding team and local managers. Moreover, you will ensure that all standards and guidelines are met.
We are seeking candidate with min. 2 years of professional experience in Recruitment area, gained in SSC/BPO environment. Fluent English and knowledge of Taleo system is required. The ideal candidate should have an excellent organizational skills and proactive attitude.
