Due to dynamic development of one of our Clients, an international company providing services around the world, we are looking for suitable candidate for the following position:
Wymagania
Responsibilities:

Building recruitment strategies
-
Sourcing candidates and screening applications
-
Managing the recruitment process, including scheduling, conducting recruitment interviews (telephone and personal interviews)

Coordination of on-boarding processes and induction
-
Cooperation with recruitment agencies, career offices, Universities
-
Cooperation with business stakeholders and HR team members
-
Creating and maintaining a database of candidates
-
Reporting activities
-
Participation in internal HR projects
Requirements:
-
Graduate from a reputed Institute or University in any discipline, Sociology, Human Resources or Psychology is preferable

Fluent in English
-
Minimum 2 years of prior experience in the recruitment
-
Interviewing techniques is a must
-
Good understanding of recruitment cycle, market trends, recruitment strategies
-
Prior experience in massive recruitment within BPO/SSC will be an advantage
-
Proactive and target oriented person, with positive and enthusiastic attitude, strong team player, eloquent in written and oral communication

Analytical thinking
