Job description
- Maintaining accurate data in the internal applicant tracking system
- Being the first point of contact for all candidates and maintaining contact with them throughout the whole recruitment process
- Prescreening of candidates’ applications
- Scheduling high number of phone and in-house interviews
- Posting job advertisements and maintaining posted positions
- Supporting on-shore Recruiters
Your team
In our HR team you will be:
- Supporting HR services in the area of: recruitment, L&D or HR administration;
- Managing various HR processes for internal client;
- Directly contacting German speaking clients;
- Maintaining accurate data in the system;
- Actively participating in improvement processes and automation;
- Closely cooperating with other team members
