Recruitment Resourcer

The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and flexible support service to the Jark Group. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will support the European Recruitment Manager in candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. It will be up to you to find the right applicant for each position and your duties will include:

• Analyse and understand the clients requirements
• Source and select candidates
• Advertise to potential candidates which includes job portals, headhunting, internet, press advertising, attend recruitment fairs and presentations in the UK and across Europe
• Develop and implement a search strategy
• Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
• Screen the profiles, identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
• Manage interviews and process all security screening background checks
• Negotiate new starter packs, provide travel arrangements as necessary
• Provide advice and guidance to employees and resolve queries where appropriate
• Administrative duties and record keeping
