The company is one of the private international company that provides recruitment services, personnel consulting as well as administrative and personnel support. Company has several dozen offices in Europe and few branches located in Poland. The most intense and successful in cooperation with Southern-Western European markets.
Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for the outcome of the international recruitment in CEE region; managing structure of international recruitment (up to 30 people including 2 managers and coordinator); establishing a strategy to achieve the desired objectives in the short and long term perspective; providing complex analysis and presenting the results at the meetings of the board. Person on this position will be responsible for identification of potential threats and implement recovery actions. Recruitment Manager is cooperating on the daily basis with the operations manager, project managers from different branches and reports directly to the recruitment director.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous professional experience (min. 3-5 years) on similar position will be essential. You need to be effective people manager and has experience in project management as well. Your fluency in English, proficiency in using MS Office tools (especially Excel) and excellent analytical skills will lead to your success. We will be more than happy to see that you are mature and independent professional with great passion and proactive attitude to work.
