Recruitment Consultant
Miejsce pracy: ŁódźRsponsibilities:
Leading end-to-end recruitment processes, including start-ups for new engagements
Conducting phone verification and scheduling job interviews
Supporting other team members in delivering high quality of recruitment services
Initiating process improvement initiatives and taking part in various HR projects
Providing regular reporting of recruitment activities realization and SLA
Candidate:
At least 2 years of experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes
Very good knowledge English
Experience in mass recruitment
Experience in recruitment agency would be an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially usage of Excel program
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to handle situation under pressure and prioritize the workload
