On behalf of our Client, a global law company, we are seeking Candidates for the position of Recruitment Assistant with German to join the Shared Service Center based in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for creating jobs in Taleo system, managing the calendar, administrating talent pools, supporting managers in organization of assessment days, maintaining good relations with candidates, supporting on-boarding process and preparing offer letters for new employees. Additionally, Recruitment Assistant will cooperate with other departments and will seek opportunities for improvements in recruitment area.
We are looking for candidates with first experience in recruitment, preferably in SSC/BPO environment. Very good knowledge of English, German and Taleo system is required. Ideal candidate should have a very good communicational and organizational skills.
