For our Client international company located in Katowice supported logistics processes we are currently looking for Candidates with fluent English to work as Recruitment and Training Specialist.
Main responsibilities on this position include:
- Support business experts while designing the right training processes
- Analyzing, updating and preparing training materials under business expert guidance
- Organizing onboarding sessions for new employees
- Supporting in recruitment process and in organization of Assessment Centers for candidates
- Supporting in preparing documentation related with hiring process;
To be successful on this position you need to have fluent English and min. 1-2 years experience in oranization trainings. Others requirements include very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Power Point) and basic knowledge of Project Management.Experience in recruitment and/or HR Department is an advantage.
