Recruitment Administrator with German

Position purpose:

The job holder will be responsible for timely and accurate coordination of the recruitment related processes according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality. The Recruitment Administrator will also interact with Candidates and the Client on a daily basis via phone and email, as well as work on resolving recruitment related requests and cooperate with other delivery team members. Another key element will be ensuring that all the necessary process documentation is complete and up to date.

Main accountabilities:

Inserting candidates applications into a system;

Screening candidates applications;

Posting job advertisements and maintenance of posted positions;

Interviews coordination;

Handling travel expense claims;

System administration;

Supporting on-shore Recruiters;

Candidate"s profile:

Excellent German communication skills, both written and verbal

Good knowledge of English

Strong motivation for development in HR/recruitment area

Educational background related to HR would be an asset

Good organizational skills, attention to details

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Very good communication skills

Teamwork aproach
